Vividly capturing an attractive young traveler relaxing by a swimming pool, the scene features Rome’s basilica church San Carlo al Corso from the Quirinal Hill and beautiful Parko della Villa Pia.
An arch of overhanging tree branches echoes the shape of the church dome, in still contrast to the playful movement of the superbly executed refections and distortions of the pool’s water.
