Original Paintings


FREE worldwide packaging, freight and insurance is included in the purchase price of your Painting.

Our gallery will be in contact within 12 hours of the completion of your purchase to arrange all of your delivery details. This is a bespoke service allowing us to accommodate any requests and is provided FREE of charge.

Paintings are packaged in a custom-made, reinforced ply-wood crate made by Rebul.  These are used by museums and galleries around the world for all of their transport needs.

Each individual painting crate is fully reusable and recyclable. DHL is our preferred international shipping company.  Australian domestic deliveries are completed by a specialized art transport company.  Insurance is included at the declared value of the painting being shipped.

Whilst all packaging, handling, insurance and shipping costs are included in the price of the painting, some countries may impose additional duties on items being imported.

Limited Edition Prints


FREE worldwide postage and packaging for all Limited Edition Prints and Photography.


All Limited Edition Prints, Canvases and Photography are sent unframed and packaged in re-enforced postal tubes.


All items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment for your order.  Purchases are generally received worldwide within 5 - 7 business days from dispatch.


Items to be sent domestically will be sent using registered Australian Post.  International orders are sent using international postal Express Mail Service (EMS). Tracking details will be provide upon dispatch of your order.


Your print will have been individually inspected and packed in perfect condition.  Please minimise handling prior to framing as unframed prints can easily be susceptible to damage.



Books


Freight costs per book will be calculated at check-out depending on your location.  For domestic Australian delivery we charge AU$25.  For international delivery we apply a subsidised fee of AU$75.  Each book is hand-wrapped and boxed to ensure it's perfect condition upon arrival.


Items to be sent domestically will be sent using registered Australian Post.   International orders are sent using international postal Express Mail Service (EMS).  Tracking details will be provide upon dispatch of your order.

Returns Policy


We are sending artworks worldwide and rarely encounter any issues.


We ensure all items are packed to exacting standards.  On the rare chance a purchased artwork is damaged in transit please contact us immediately.  We request you provide photographic evidence of the damage.  If the packaging is damaged please do not open the item.


In most instances this will be sufficient for us to replace the damaged goods with the same item.  If necessary, we will pay for return postage of the damaged item for a physical inspection.
